Appications accepted until October 15, 2015 for the Intramural NIAID Research Opportunities (INRO) program at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)!

For UMass Boston students:

Two research programs you may apply to. 

Deadlines are in late March!

HESP is open to all UMB majors and is a year-long program (running September 2015 through August 2016) that culminates in an opportunity to do a paid summer research internship during Summer 2016. 

U-54 Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center Outreach Internship.  

We are actively seeking two students: one fluent in Spanish and English; the other student does not need to speak a foreign language. Students can contact me, Diedra Wrighting, at (617) 287-6082 or via email at diedra.wrighting@umb.edu with questions regarding this opportunity.

Attention Graduate students: two programs sponsored by the American Society for Microbiology.

·         The ASM Robert D. Watkins Graduate Fellowship Program encourages minority students to continue and complete their Ph.D. in the microbiological sciences by providing a 3 year stipend up to $21,000/year and professional development opportunities.
